Special Recognition for Compassionate Leadership
A huge congratulations to Francis Uwagboe from
Komplex Community, who received the Highly Commended Award for his
empathetic leadership and deep understanding of both his staff and clients.
Judges praised Francis for taking great pride in understanding his team’s
individual strengths and matching them carefully to client needs – ensuring
every person receives the highest standard of care possible. His thoughtful,
personalised approach fosters both staff confidence and client wellbeing,
creating a truly effective care environment.
Celebrating Our Winner – Amy Varney
We’re delighted to celebrate Amy Varney, who won the Co-Production
Award — a remarkable achievement that reflects her commitment to empowering
