Where have you come from?
I have always worked in the care sector, founding a multi-service healthcare franchise nearly 20 years ago, and forming the Komplex Group in 2020. I am incredibly proud of the team of talented professionals who are growing our services at a rapid rate whilst maintaining our industry-leading standards of care.
We will never forget that patient care is the golden thread which weaves the group together.

Where are you going?

Where have you come from?
My career in the high acuity clinical sector spans more than two decades, and my passion for caring for our clients remains undimmed. Over the past 20 years, having founded several clinical care businesses and assembled high-performing teams, I have learned that investing in your staff and developing their skills is the key to success.
What drives you?

Arron Zaib
Managing Director
Where have you come from?
I have lived and breathed healthcare for most of my working life – the past 10 years at board level in care companies in the UK, and the decade prior to that as a care manager.
I understand the challenges of frontline care work, which combined with my experience of management and acquisitions, gives me a well-rounded strategic outlook for Komplex Group.
What drives you?
- Promoting and encouraging professional development within the care industry
- Giving everyone the chance to live in their own home for as long as possible
Where are you going?
On a daily basis I manage and oversee growth within each business under the Komplex Group umbrella, as well as dealing with acquisitions and expansions of the group itself. I am constantly striving to improve our services for the benefit of the most important people we ever meet – our clients.
Steve Davies
Finance Director
Where have you come from?
I am a qualified chartered management accountant, with more than 20 years’ experience across the care, financial services, media and construction industries.
My experience of the asset, advisory and disposal industry means I am adept at appraising a wide range of markets, including aerospace, foods and manufacturing, both within the UK and worldwide.
What drives you?
- Overseeing multi-million pound global financial operations and acquisitions across the Komplex Group
- Using my knowledge and experience to expand into new markets
Where are you going?
I am keen to continue sharing best practice with entrepreneurs across the world, working on behalf of the Komplex Group to drive growth and change the healthcare sector for the better.
